27/06/2009 In brief we talked about the purchase of new AV equipment for the club and Treasurer concerns.
30/05/2009 In brief we talked about the new server and website. This was mostly about the backup and expansion of the new wiki based website. Discussed the forming of the LCA 2011 Bid team. We also sought further advice on new AV equipment. UQ asked for Freedom day CD's to be handed to robocup participants as well HUMBUG volunteers to be committed to helping organize ROBOCUP if required.
07/03/2009 In brief the issues that were discussed were:Humbug Promotions, Signatory Paperwork, Install Fest, Po Box Renewal, Migrating Caliburn to VM, Using a Wiki as the main page and the backing up of said wiki and meeting behavior.
11/10/2008 In brief the issues that were discussed were: Filling of non Exec Roles (Talks Liaison and Event Coordinator), Membership Drive, Bank Stuff, Packup Rooster and Increasing the Library Resources.
