Each event needs a person to investigate it. Things you need to find out:
- Possible Venues.
- Estimate Numbers (look at previous LCA's?).
- How it fits into the Itinerary.
- Money - how much it will cost, how much we will charge.
- Is transport required? If so what will we use.
There is a Sub Page for organising each event. If you have an idea for another event add it to the list - even if all you do is make a note on its sub page that you are investigating it.
