Something that almost every conference gets wrong is the AV equipment. That shouldn't happen to us. I intend to us HUMBUG as the testing ground to get the AV working.
Idea's
- Audio and Video taped directly onto a Video recorder's HD tape with combined AV output going into a PC that will then encode and compress the data into a lossless format while still leaving it in a manageable size. This way we can post it onto the website.
- The finished non compress video will be made available within 24 hours. One exception. We want the speakers to okay the talk that they have given. We will get them to sign an okay form after the talk however if they are a bit worried about the finished product we will give them chance to review and then accept it.
