[rs 2008-10-07] JamesIseppi pointed one one error in revision 1 of the budget, and then we found a couple more. When Jame's help I went over it line by line, trying to ensure it was what it was meant to be - a realistic budget err'ing on the side of being conservative. It was sent to LA to with these accompanying notes.

There is now a Sub-Page on Sponsorship. Sponsors tend to like their privacy, so it must remain confidential. Sorry. If we win team members will be allowed to see it.
Your task is to ensure the conference makes money. To that end two things have to happen:
- Drawing up a budget document. Eg a spreadsheet that has squares for all likely sources of income and expenses. LA figures for previous LCA's would be a good place to start.
- Harassing people to give you figures to put in above spreadsheet. This is probably the harder of the two jobs.
