Mt. Coot-tha Summit Restaurant (at the lookout). An idea would be to go for Cocktail Menu 'A', $52 pp, and Drink Selection 'B', $33 pp. Both of these is for 3 hours serving of drinks/food. On top of this is a $600 booking charge for the restaurant, which is for 5 hours. General Price Guide
Random Thoughts
The Professional Delegates Session need to now compete with the Non Professional Delegates Session. This means that we need to do better than the Maritime Museum. With this in mind a change in venue is appropriate.
- Lets hold it at the the Summit Restaurant at the Mt Cotha Lockout. This offers a fantastic view of the city with the bonus that it's only a short bus trip to the event.
- Start time at 7:30pm, Stop serving delegates around 10:30pm. We can have the busses back at the venue to pick people up when the service stops to wind down for a midnight finish.
- Have the buses do a loop that includes all the places that the professional delegates are staying. This way we can say be outside and ready by 7:00pm.
- Thursday night.
