Goals of the Website

Members and interested parties should be able to find the information they need as quickly as possible.

We want the everyone to able to use the site effectively and easily, no matter what hardware, operating system, user agent they are using, or whatever physical disability constrains them.

In order to meet these goals, the latest open standards from the W3 organization will be used, specifically:

• HTML 4.0
• CSS2
• Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0

If there is any way we can change this site to make it easier for you to use, that would not make it harder for others to use, please tell us.
